Roy St John
Roy and his wife both grew up in Leaside. Roy lived on Hanna Rd. across from Bessborough Public School and graduated from Leaside High in 1967. Debi lived on Leacrest Rd. and attended Rolph Rd. Elementary School and also Leaside High. They met through the Youth Group at Leaside United Church. Now they live at Leaside Gate and help many area Seniors make the transition from the family home into condominium living.
All three buildings on this web site represent "communities" of seniors who are active and social. Bus trips to Stratford are common. Card games and social events make these buildings very different from Toronto's booming condo high-rise towers.
Roy has been a Real Estate Broker for over 25 years and specializes in Life-Lease sales as well as Condos and Freehold properties. He conducts orientation tours for seniors who are just starting the process of downsizing and moving - sometime in the future. Ask Roy to show you the options for staying in Leaside.
"I treat every client like my career depends on it." - Roy St. John
